125w has PBS
105w has New York Network
101w has History and Bio, a few other channels too
99w has occasional CBS and FOX feeds, CBS Newspath is here too
97w has tons of channels, a handfull in English
91w has occasional ABC News feeds, sports too
83w has RTN and Tuff TV, occasional NBC feeds
74w has tons of occasional feeds, alot of sports

The above all require a 36" or larger dish....... There are many more channels if you have room for a motorized C-band dish (7.5' or larger)....

There are also some HD channels up there if you have a compatible receiver...

It depends, as satchick stated, on the room you have for a dish. There are many network channels on c band, most of them in hd. If you opt for c band, I would recommend a 10' mesh dish and an hd receiver like the openbox s 9 or an azbox hd stb.
Sats with worthwhile American programming:

Amc 6 72w
Amc 3 87w
Galaxy 28 89w
Galaxy 17 91w
Galaxy 3 95w
Galaxy 19 97w
Galaxy 16 99w
SES 1 101w
Amc 1 103w
Amc 18 105w

I would go further but my arc only gets me to 121w.
