thai channel disappear on ses 1

hi,all
I use to have thai channels on ses1 on tp12020 30000 on ses1 ,last week i can not received those channels any more (no quality),can someone tell what is wrong with that?

Do you have the receiver set to DVB-S2 for that transponder?

And it looks like they switched to MPEG-4, 95% of the FTA receivers only do MPEG-2.

Yes looks like the whole tp16 12020H on 101w was changed to mpeg-4, did not notice until I also tried to receive tv on the sat a few days ago.

I have sonicview 8000 hd with 8 psk module install ,it should capable to receive mpeg4 ,I try to edit on transpond to be 12020 ,30000,h a dvs-s2 and switch to external module a-1 to hd, I still can not find quality of signal,that is something else change beside information i have here.

Sonicview 8000 does not do DVB-S2. You need a box like the Openbox S9, S10, Azbox, etc.
