TV1 or TV2

ok guys in the pic i have a simple setup.

I know with tv2 you can change the channel and see whats playing on TV1 just you wont be able to change the channel.

these are my questions about this:

if i have two TVs hooked with the splitter would one be able to view TV2 and the other TV1?

i'm thinking of getting an IR/UHF remote for TV1 so I can view this from two locations in the house.

No. When you split that output it will send the same signal to all connected TVs.

The receiver should come with two remotes, an IR for TV1 and a UHF for TV2. You can add more UHF remotes as well, just have to set the remote address properly.
