US District Judge Larry Hicks denied all motions for the dismissal of the case requested by all the defendants.
Lead Attorney Daniel Petrocelli announced that Pacquiao's defamation suit is continuing against the defendants although the case against Dela Hoya, Richard Schaefer, and Golden Boy Promotions has been settled.
Nevada State Athletic Commission has also announced that the tests conducted on both boxers (Mosley/Pacquiao) before and after their fight has provided negative results.
