Oklahoma City, OK (Sports Network) - Kevin Durant tallied 28 points and nine rebounds, and the Oklahoma City Thunder ended a five-game homestand with a 104-88 win over the Golden State Warriors.

James Harden added a career-best 26 points and nine rebounds for the Thunder, who ended with a 3-2 record during the five-game stretch. Jeff Green contributed 21 points and 13 rebounds, while Russell Westbrook had 12 points and seven boards in the win.

Monta Ellis scored a game-high 31 points for the Warriors, who have lost four straight and six of seven overall. Stephen Curry added a career-high 22 points, and Corey Maggette had 11 points in the loss.

"(We have to) forget about this one and just come in with confidence to play," Curry said. "We started off the game very well, playing a high level of basketball. You have to take that, play 48 minutes and forget about tonight."

Golden State held an early 12-6 lead, and a 9-2 burst later extended the Warriors' lead to 21-12 following a Mikki Moore basket with four minutes remaining in the first.

The Thunder closed the quarter on a 10-2 run to get to within 23-22 entering the second.

Harden gave Oklahoma City the lead with two free throws to open the second quarter, but Golden State scored the next 10 points to go up by nine, 33-24, on Ellis' three-pointer.

Trailing by eight a short time later, the Thunder scored 14 straight points to take a 41-35 lead. Harden had seven points during the stretch, and the hosts held a 50-49 lead at halftime.

A 10-0 run early in the third put Oklahoma City ahead by nine, 60-51, after a Durant three, but Golden State responded with an 8-0 run later to tie the game at 62 with about five minutes left.

The Thunder scored the next seven points and held a 79-67 lead after three quarters. Oklahoma City never led by fewer than 10 points in the fourth, as Durant's technical free throw made it 90-76 with six minutes left.

Durant's jumper with a little more than three minutes left made it 96-81 in favor of Oklahoma City, which continued to lead comfortably down the stretch.
