What you need
1. 6 hass avocados (good size)
2. 1 onion
3. 3 ripe tomatoes
4. Garlic powder
5. salt
6. Pepper
7. 3 small lemons
8. Cilantro (optional)
What you do
Cut avocados in half. With a spoon shave all the pulp and discard the seed
smash the pulp to taste
cut the onion in small squares as small as you can
do the same with tomatoes small squares
put some of the garlic powder and salt to taste
introduce the juice from the small lemons
last the cilantro (not required)
Mixed all the ingredient get some tortilla chips and you have a killer Guacamole
I like it with some spice so I add a jalapeno cut in really small pieces. ENJOY!
