TMZ.com posted the video where Jeff Hardy used a taser on brother Matt's girlfriend, Reby Sky.
TMZ seems to put a negative spin on the stunt calling the incident "shocking" and even put over how the Hardy brothers "coaxed" Reby into doing it. Matt Hardy ended up issuing an apology the following day stating that the stunt was all meant in fun.
