- Former WWE star Chuck Palumbo turns 40 years old today while former NWO member Scott Norton turns 50 and Brad Armstrong turns 50 also.
- Tyson Kidd's WWE NXT Rookie Lucky Cannon was eliminated on last night's show. The remaining Rookies on the show now are Titus O'Neil, Conor O'Brian and Darren Young.
- After last night's WWE SmackDown tapings ended, the SmackDown heels surrounded the ring to attack Randy Orton - Wade Barrett, Ted DiBiase, Cody Rhodes, Justin Gabriel, Heath Slater and Tyson Kidd. Before they could attack, Big Show and Ezekiel Jackson ran down to help Orton clean house to end the show.
