Another site say that particular ch from Bulgaria is scramble now on Telstar 12/15W/ .
Is that true ??
My dish need aligment here after the heavy storm and I can not receive anything on 15w for now to check it. Thanks

Unfortunately the news you heard is correct, moved my 6' dish over to verify.
