Recovering from Surgery

Well after almost three and a half months of emptying out my basement, working the endless floods that keep getting bigger and meaner, and getting some last minute yardwork projects out of the way, I was pulled away from all that with some much-needed Carpal Tunnel surgery last Friday. Now I can sit around for the next 3 weeks enjoying the summer that's so far eluded us. And just in time, football season is about to begin and it gives me a good chance to stock up my beer fridge in the garage. The downside - typing with one hand is a pain in the butt.
