- WWE's website did a follow-up to Beth Phoenix attacking Kelly Kelly on their website this week with video comments from both Divas. Beth talked about how she will win the Divas Title at SummerSlam and Kelly got serious, saying she was coming after The Glamazon.
- CM Punk vs. John Cena is a champion vs. champion match is being advertised for the August 29th RAW from Tulsa, Oklahoma, which is two weeks after SummerSlam. Big Show, who is out with a storyline injury, is also advertised in new listings for the event.
