entering longitude into the tracker meter

My longitude is -73W (east coast) so how do I set the tracker light meter. I dont know because I cant type the minus sign. But would that be 180° + (-73°) = 107°W.

You don't use the minus sign, your long is 73W--the W that stands for west is indicating the direction from the Grand Meridian, if you want to use minus sign notation drop the W or E notation, the two are mutually exclusive.
