Trying to get rid of this "BLOATWARE on this MetroPCS phone (Optimus)

I have tried to "root" the phone, I have gingerbreak, but I still can't get rid of BONGO

Tried to use "astro" Z4root, Super user is showing up.

Any ideas,

If it is rooted install titanium backup and it should have a popup asking for root access, give it root access and goto the backup/restore tab scroll down to find what you want to uninstall and click on it then uninstall.
