lnb problem or setup problem

i just setup a new nanosat and i have setup stbs before and never run into this problem.i have gr8 signal and quality on 110 and i only get either vertical tps or horizontal tps.i do not remember which but i only recieve one or the other.i set it up for a friend using single lnb.when i tried it at my house it worked fine.i have never run into this.it did not recieve all stations when at friends house.it said i think no signal on some so i rescanned and it was missing either vert. or horiz.any help would be appreciated.thank everyone in advance.it gets 95 signal and 95 quality.is it lnb or setup that i can correct?

What kind of lnb does he have?

he has the one that came on old dicknet sat.it is single lnb

Neighbor had same exact issue.. Was only getting horizontals..It was a bad Dishpro LNB..........

... the reason lnb question has been asked several time is if the lnb is legacy but dishpro is selected in settings the symptoms will be the same as posted by djrm54.
