I have the standard "Q" on that bird and both RTV and TUFF TV channels are up here on the West coast (central Sierra Nevada Mountains of California) so I dont know what the heck would be affecting you all at your locations????
Sun fade?????
Temperature inversion layers??

Still getting the scrambled and a religious channel in the clear.
Just nothing from that T P. I was watching it last night.
My quality on that T P is 5% real low.
Thanks guys I will keep an eye on it see what happens.

Satbeams and Lyngsat show nothing below TP11735 for 83W.

11717 H 4856 is the patient and safety network
11725 H 3675 is Bloomberg test?

That is a good question am I on the right bird?
Well I thought I was just assuming my motor drives me to the right sat. Was watching RTV last night. I am going to setup another dish and see what happens.

Is it bleed over or am I not on that sat? it drives or seems to drive the dish to the other sats all right.

What trailer TP?
And there could be too much bird poop on the LNB, bird poop can attenuate some transponders if its in the horizontal or vertical poop alignment.....

Still not scanning in today, when I get a chance I'll have to skew my lnb.
Terryl
08-22-2011, 07:35 PM
This is funny, I can get it here just fine, I wonder if it could be a ground bounce, what are your elevation angles on that bird?
Costactc
08-22-2011, 07:56 PM
I'm not too worried about it Terryl, I scan in 68 of those channels on Amc 3 in s2/8psk. When I get a chance I'll play around with the lnb.

Costactc
08-22-2011, 09:03 PM
They scan in a bit differently on my openbox and azbox but essentially the same tp:
11779/11777
H
4231
fec: 5/6
pid: 308 256
Terryl

Ahhhh never mind.....Thats the one with the color bars on it, I have that one at 11775H 4232.
Once I saw the PID's (in your photo) I figured it out, it shows as 11775 H, FEC 5/6 SR 4232, V-pid: 308, A-pid: 256, P-pid: 819, on both my CoolSats.
Thats also what is shown on Lyngsat, (11775) sorry old brain couldn't wrap around this one, must be frequency differences between our receivers.
