According to Virginia state police, Kurt Angle had a blood-alcohol level of 0.091 when he was arrested on Sunday morning for DWI.
The following is an excerpt from a nvdaily.com article:
"The wrestler's first test, conducted at the scene of the traffic stop near Linden, came back above the legal limit of 0.08. On a second test at the Front Royal police headquarters Sunday morning, Angle blew a 0.06, according to state police."
In a statement from Trooper C.R. Scally, Angle also failed several field sobriety tests.
