TNA star Jeff Hardy is due back in Moore County, North Carolina's Superior Court this afternoon at (2pm EST) regarding the ongoing criminal case against him stemming from his September 2009 arrest.
The most recent delay in Hardy's case was so he could be evaluated to determine whether he is a drug addict requiring treatment.
Despite Hardy's ongoing legal situation and various reports that he refused to enter rehab at TNA's request, he's returning to TNA Wrestling tonight on Impact.
