Completely new to high speed. Sure is faster than dialup! My router just keeps flashing the two lights back and forth in amber? My net connection is going through it though. Tried to get into the router to setup ports for my PS3, SV360e and eventually my Nano2iLink. On the website for my router it says to open a blank page and input
192.168.2.1 This page does not connect? My thinking is going towards the OS needs to be setup to allow IP routing enabled and WINS Proxy enabled. These are showing as not enabled when I do an ipconfig. Think I need to enable these items but have no idea where or how. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Just wanted to be sure, you are able to connect and surf the net, correct?
Need a little more info, router type/version, is it loaded with any 3rd party software and OS of the computer you are connect to.

Up and running again!!!!!!! Had to phone router support from India today. After about an hour I got the steady green light. I then had to go into network setup a few times and finally got the connection to work! Thanks to everyone who put up with my ignorance on this project and for all the help I received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Happy Testing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the feedback. Did you get everything connected that you earlier listed? If so, check back with us as others may need your help.
BTW, is it a new router (I looking for one) and how do you like it?

Had a slight bobble last night but figured it out. Got the Nano2iLink up and running after updating some of it's info and my PS3 is also up and running, all are hard wired. Will be attempting to get the ps3 on wifi today or tomorrow so I can hard wire my openbox s9. Quite happy with my new belkin surf 300n router, not so happy with my nfps p$ though, lots of ice ATM. Still looking for sites for streaming.
Happy Testing!!!

Going wireless on the PS3 was quick and easy. Now to find a compatible FW for my openbox S9 with networking, still on a March 2011 since all I've tried have had issues. Maybe a September file?
