Do you have a DPP Twin or the 3eye DPP LNB for a Dish1000.2? If DPP Twin, find 119 sat on the LNB Eye to the east(cover the 110LNB[west eye]) first. Once you have 119 then skew the dish to get 110.

There is the possibility that your phoenix does not have enough power for a DPP LNB? That may be the case if the phoenix is the only receiver connected.

ok so im best to connect the solaris to it also, and yes it it has 2 eyes and 1 input for another dp lnb...picture below

im also told None of the nfusion sd models put out enough power to be able to switch a dpp twin consistently.

Not enough power is the consensus. You may have to place a DP34 or DPP44 switch with the power inserter to consistently power that DPP Twin.

Which switch did you use? A DP34 or a DPP44? 119 must be on input Port#1 and 110 must be on Port#2 of either switch. Also, remember not to place a FTA receiver on the power inserter. Use output ports 2,3, & 4 of the switch for FTA receivers. Your settings for the "new" DP dual LNB will depend upon which port you have it connected to - Port#3 or Port#4.
