hello help with g box and actuator

hello we intall a gbox 3000 and actuator on my 6 feet dish whend using the sonicview80000 hd signal does show 60 percent my question the lnb cable attach to the gbox and 4 wires come from the actuator the dish was moving but my problem whend moving the dish the signal on the sonicview does not moving even the dish is moving i have read another forum someone like me was experienced this kind of problem the cable come from the gbox goes to receiver show 60 percent but signal bar not moving why this keep happening hope someone give me some id thank you

Well, It could be a number of things...
One I suspect is your LNB settings are wrong...
First what LNB do you have?

Lnbf frequency for ku band is 10750 and 5150 for c band.
