Take a look at the pic. Will that setup works. I can use a sw64 sw for 110/119/129 but they are too expensive.

22khz switches won't work with Bell/Dish receivers.
also, why would you want to connect 110/119/129 to your Bell receiver?

I think I have to use a sw21X instead of 22khz sw with my flashed ird

If your usuing a bev sub reciever you will not have the option of hitting anything but 91 and 82..

they each have their own firmware
there's only one ird that can do both at same time and you don't have it

BEV subbed receivers receive BEV, DN subbed receivers receive DN and the two will never meet, not unless it's a chipped or modded receiver on a IKS.(not subbed to DN or BEV)
