Hello,
I think my ISP is riping me off VIA the speed of my connection.

When I go to a site like Speakeasy, it says my speed is .72 Mbps -.10 Mbps

My ISP says they guarantee FastAccess DSL Lite between 200 Kbps - 768 Kbps

So am I being ripped off? I don't really know how to calculate Mbps to Kbps is it times 10?

Thanks for the help

1 mbps = 1024 kbps
Most of those speed tests vary and it's not uncommon to get ripped off from your ISP during peak hours
