Dixie Carter posted the following on Twitter:

"Two million viewers on Thursday's IMPACT WRESTLING on SpikeTV - our most watched episode ever!!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!"

Eric Bischoff also commented:

"Ever notice how the shows that the dirt sites put over get the lowest ratings and the ones they bury get the highest? hmmmm."

The official rating was a 1.35 rating with 2,019,000 viewers. The first quarter did a 1.38, the show peaked with a 1.42 quarter for the Knockouts match, but then dropped to a 1.29 for Angle vs. Storm.

Hey Eric do you ever notice that since you and hogan been in power, that the ratings have not went up, you failed at a Monday Night attempt, you fail at briging in new (younger) talent, you just fail eric. Also you think that if maybe you didnt film your shows 2 weeks in advance that we wouldnt go online and decide what we already know going in?

Thanks bro....I do have to say that this seems like an early celebration for TNA, and i dont expect many more. But blaming us for reading and posting dirt sheets, saying how were always backing WWE and hating TNA seems a little redunant to me

I do not hate TNA and watch it every week, but it will never be as big a show as WWE.........unless some big billionaires step in and get the talent, and the the things that make a big show..............again.......jmo
