International Channels with NanoSat

I was reading in the forum about the international channels and it seems there on 118. I have an 18" sat so I'm assuming that I need a larger dish. Do I need a specfic LNB? and once I pick up 118 with this larger dish will I get the channels I currently have with an 18 inch dish and the added international channels?

In most areas you will need a large dish, say 30", and you will need the low frequency circular lnb marketed as the 119/118 lnb. You will be able to get both of those satellites using 10750 as the lnb frequency.
