If you’re looking to purchase a Blackberry Playbook, hold off until about November 18th. Wal-Mart has decided to sell the 16GB Playbook for $198!. The 32GB and 64BG models will be priced at $298 and $398 respectively.

At a price of $198 that’s not bad at all for a 16GB tablet. If RIM delivers on their promise of Playbook 2.0 software in February, you might just get your money worth. Sales start in Quebec November 16-22nd and for the rest of Canada on November 18-24

Funny my wife got the 16gb one at that price about a month ago. (btw - she hates it)

Brand new - from what I gather it was the promo you posted. I know of another person that got it at that price also.
