Attn. LimesatJapan Visiting Dignitary

Dear Sir:

On behalf of all us long suffering Limesat HD Max V2 owners with faulty SK300 modules I ask you why has nothing [mostly] been done to rectify this situation, namely by replacing the faulty ones with the SK300-2?

We realize Limesat has made great strides in recent days with better software and releasing a vastly improved HD receiver [Air], but this only adds to our frustration as it seems your concerns are mainly based on the newer and better, ignoring to some degree your older products and costumers needs.

Sir, how much longer must we have to wait, so that all Limesat HD Max V2 owners can enjoy having their receivers up and running as promised.

Respectfully Submitted and Thank You

Gusbo, I understand your frustration but all you need to do is get a hold of your dealer and see if they can work something out with you as with all other members in the same boat.

Funny how something new and improved comes out and all of a sudden everyone is crying foul with what they have or had working.

If it wasn't working properly in the first place then I would be dealing with my dealer and not complaining in public forums. But that is just my opinion.

OK what gets me about this, and Anubis touched on it, is why even start with it in open forums? Seems to me people had at least 6 months to contact their dealers, but shrugged it off but now that a new box is here they feel like they are being left in the dust. Personally, I think it is too little too late. Although future support is promised, there is purportedly a new version of the SK300 so contact your dealer to find out where it is at.

Reminds me of one of these credit card commercials:

Limesat Max with faulty module - $350
failing to resolve issue in 6 months - $ no value $
legal sounding post from a self-appointed ombudsman in a public forum - $ PRICELESS $

Next time why not go into your profile and check your posts. It would've taken 5 mins. tops based on the amount of posts you have as opposed to 4.5 mnths.
