The St. Petersburg Times in Florida reported today that Hulk Hogan has filed a defamation lawsuit against ex-wife Linda Hogan over his portrayal in her autobiography "Wrestling the Hulk - My Life Against the Ropes", which was released over the summer.
In the book, the former WWF champion is portrayed as a manipulative man who actually threatened to tank his daughter's VH-1 series if he wasn't made a regular cast member, as someone who cheated on Linda and was physically and mentally abusive.
The lawsuit claims Linda was using the claims to help her "sagging career" and also includes allegations made during different media appearances intimating Hogan had homosexual relationships with Brutus Beefcake.
