- The dark match before Raw tonight was Tyson Kidd beating Damien Shandow. Sandow is best known during his first run with WWE as Idol Stevens. He’s currently working in Florida Championship Wrestling and is under developmental contract.
- For those who missed it, former WWE Tag Team Champion "Road Dogg" Jesse James returned on Raw tonight to present the Slammy award for Pipebomb moment of the year. As previously reported, Road Dogg now works with WWE as a backstage agent/producer.
