Question about Dish original oblong dish and LNB

We have a oblong Di$hnet Di$h on the roof ,and we turned off the service,can i just hook a i-link 9500 to that dish setup ,and keep the same lnb,or do i need a different lnb? Thanks for any and all HELP!!!!

It should work.
it will show scrambled channel all over except for ch. 101
you need to connect your box to an iks provider to descramble.

Take a look at the LNBs to determine if they are Legacy, DishPro, or DishPro Plus, also are there any switches, as you will need to know this information to match your receiver settings to the equipment. If you need further info on identifying your LNBs, click on the link below.

I have the Di$h Pro Plus Lnb.

Does it have 3 LNB's out in front?, Is there any external swithes? Does it say D*sh 1000, Turbo D*sh, Superd*sh on the d*sh?, these are all oblong dishes used by d*shnetw*rk. A photo would be helpful,I'm surprised they didn't want the LNB's returned when you cancelled the service.
