- Chris Masters says his character for TNA Wrestling's offshoot promotion in India is similar to his past "Masterpiece" persona.
He tweeted, "Indias has been awesome. I'm the American Adonis out here.Basically a throw back to the old Masterpiece. I'm loving being an a**hole again."
- TNA Wrestling president Dixie Carter announced on Twitter that Rosita has been named Pro Wrestling Illustrated's Inspirational Wrestler of the Year.
Rosita commented, "HUGE THANK YOU to Impact Wrestling, Dixie Carter, PWI Magazine and all the fans for this amazing award and for their love and support. It means THE WORLD to me and it is truly an honor for myself, my Dad and my family. Thank you."
