i sense a troubled person here with way to many issues, and outside influence. he may think he is invincible inside the ring, but he sure ain't on the outside.

If any of you think that Floyd being put to jail will save Pac from the 5 de Mayo celebration, you're sick. I know there's good and bad people everywhere, Mayweather will most likely be loved in jail. Other boxers spent months if prison, and were beloved by a lot of the inmate population. I have no doubt that prison inmates know who Floyd is and probably like him.
He was sentenced to 90 days, but they said several weeks could get cut off for good behavior, probably 2-3 weeks. So, it starts January 6, 2012, I am guessing he does 6 to 8 weeks and he's out , with enough time to train and fight.
I hate how people are acting like 2-3 months in county jail will ruin Floyd. He's not going to a Federal prison for a few years or some crap. He was training before he got sentenced, and will probably keep training a little before he goes in. Once he gets out , he will probably go straight to training and in May he will still whip Manny's butt, be real.......

That`s right Fib...this little vacation, cause really that`s what it will be in reality , shouldn`t deter any training for a fight on May 5. My guess is that Floyd will be a superstar in jail for about 4 weeks and out.
I don't think it is going to be like a vacation for him at all. Floyd has known nothing but the good life. He is used to going where ever and doing what ever he wants. His mansion is probably as big as that whole jail. When he is in jail, he will be in PC (Protective Custody) and he will only be out of his cell for an our a day. He can get up to 30 days knocked off for good time. That leaves 8 weeks for him to do in a 6 X 10 foot cell for 23 hours a day. No I don't think it is going to ruin his boxing career, but this is going to be far from a vacation for him.

I consider him to be like OJ in that someday in the near future, he will find his way back to a well deserved jail again.
multi millionaires don't sit in 6X10 foot cells ,, he has probably rented the whole wing and re-modeled it into a gym
kitchen, living room, bathroom ,, and rooms to house 24/7 his personal chef, trainers and whoever else he wants.
6X10 footcells are for shleps !!
Floyd only wishes that he was going to get that kind of treatment. Outside of being put in PC, there is no special treatment for Floyd in this jail... <br />

Like you never smacked your girl or sister, neighbor's wife or any woman in your life, hope you never go to jail, you have no idea of what is time in a county jail, less of what hard time is.......he already has his chefs preparing a feast for the inmates.. hehehehe

That,,, plus when Floyd Mayweather through s a party his guests will include: Jay Z , Beyonce,
Snoop Dog , Bulldog, Rihanna... etc etc etc ..
He travels by Private Jets and made 40 Million in one of his fights, vs Ortiz ,, (the president of the united states makes $400,000.00 per year)
has a net worth of $90 Million
Now what are the chances that he is giving boxing lessons to Jail inmates !! :tehe:

That is where the similarities end though. One is a Harvard grad and knows the proper way to eat with knives and forks. As far as the other one goes, in a another month, he is going to be referring to knives and forks as shanks.

Not need to graduate from Harvard to learn table manners. Steve Jobs didn't neither have I. Floyd may have some quick lessons on that, after all he has enough cash to cover that and more. I'm sure he hired some huge dude to watch his back, maybe a few of them are under contract. Oh, the power of "Money".

I was under the impression this was a "boxing" forum.... not a personal life "Extra" edition. We will have to call Mario Lopez in here soon.
Anyway,, I have been scolded by "Mods" on this forum for less than I have been reading here.
We need some good boxing matches on tv to get our attention on something else besides what boxers do outside of the ring.
Its been a pleasure sharing thoughts and opinions with all you gents out there...
Want to wish you all a
"Very Merry Christmas!"

it seems to me....is a good blessings to him reasons not to fight Pacman and the fight is over everything it happens the right time.
I am a huge fan of Pacquiao ,, I think he is one
Of the best of his time , a hall of Famer and a
legend ,, but if I were betting on this fight my
money is on Mayweather. These two fighters are
unique in their own way but I think Mayweather
is a "smarter" fighter ,,, plus Pacquiao did not
impress in his last showing.
