Is the LNB used to get the networks on 118W, the same LNB used to get Bev?

The LNB used for 118W is not the same, but will work fine. You need to change the Frequency to 10750MHz from 11250MHz in your receiver settings for those sats. Bell uses 2 sats, 91W and 82W. Your location will determine if you will be able to receive 82W as it is a Canada only beam coverage, so you will need to be located in Canada or the Northern US border states.
