I have a dish pointed at 110-119 and I would like to add the 91. Presently the 110-119 is connected with SW-21 and it works fine. When I remove that swith and put a 4x1 diseqc instead with these 3 sats I only get signal on 110. I played with my receiver (cw 600p) settings with lnb 1,2,3,4 and swith sw-21etc,, and it doesnt work.

Thank you for your help

have you ever used a 4x1 switch before?
lets say 91 is port 1, set that in your settings. bare with me, im not familiar with cw.
now do the same for each sat.
if the settings are correct and all is good and still no sig or quality then the switch is bad.

Well I used it for my father's nano premium and it was easy . Maybe my switch is bad. I dont need to play with the 22khz settings ? Do I need to put the sats in a order (91 to port 1 ,etc)

I have 2 sw-21 switches, is there a way i can use that instead of the disecq.
thanks for quick reply zoogor!

sw-21 will only allow 2 sats. when you took the switch off one set up and put on another did you shut receiver(s) off from rear switch? if not that can easily fry the switch.

Using a Diseqc switch depends on what type your LNB's are.

Old style legacy? New style legacy? Band Stacking? Single satellite? Dual satellite? What?

Some LNB's used for receiving 110 and 119 in one LNB (DP twin) need to have the Diseqc switch settings set to Port 1= 119, Port 2 = 110, then Ports 3 and 4 can be whatever satellite is next in the system.

You also have to set the LNB type correctly in the satellites menu, A DP twin or DP single are a band stacking type LNB, some receivers need to be set to OCS-DP for them to work right.

The setting for 22KHz switching needs to be off, the switch type needs to be Diseqc, and any legacy switch settings need to be off.

If you go to your satellite setup screen,(for 119) can you post what you see there? That will help us to help you faster, also the type(s) of LNB(s) your using will help.

And no, you can't use 2 SW-12 switches, you have no way to combine them to the one receiver.

Yes i always shut the receiver wheni connect or disc a switch. You dont think it'll work if let say i put 110-119 on sw21 the the cable out of that switch to the other sw21 + Sat 91 ?

nah, it wont work. do you have access to a diseqc switch. you can order one and probably get it in no more than 4 days if your not near a fta store

Yeah I will just buy new Disecq switch but the best quality possible.

**All my Lnb'S are dual sat. It says on them digital lnb it doesnt say dp.

Do you mean "Dual output, single satellite" used for one satellite at a time? (LNB has 2 outputs but one round eye for one satellite.)

Or dual satellite? Two satellites off 1 LNB? (LNB has an oval eye, for 2 satellites)

Photos of the LNB's would help.

If they are single LNB's then the Diseqc switch settings won't matter, you can have any combination on the switch. 91/110/119 or 110/91/119 or 119/91/110 ect.
