You can't at this point. Not with software anyways. Only the providers can unlock for a fee and if you qualify for an unlock

And also you can't downgrade the baseband at this point.

i guess you should go for downgrading your phone, it will only wont work if you have saved previous logs by using tyniumbrella, or you can also go for several jailbreaking apps for it. simply follow its instructions.

iphone 4 upgraded to 5.1.1 and then full untethered... they are still working on 6.1.3 for iphone5 and i believe development has begun for 7.0

You can jailbrake almost any sw version, but to unlocked you have to be lower than 4.2 I think, I paid $20 to a guy that i found on craiglist to permanently unlock mine
