Well kids we`re winding down to the wire so I figured it may be fun to get all the great football minds on our site to predict the winner of the 2012 Super Bowl...and maybe a little insight from all of you while we`re at it.

So who wins it??

"Ball Hawking"(turnovers) will play huge in both these games...both the Ravens and the 49ers are 'takeaway' teams, it`s in their game plan. The Ravens don`t trust Flacco on long drives (nor would I) and the Niners don`t want Smith to have to drive the field on that great defense of the Giants. Brady will get his yards...but where and when will he get them, after they`re behind by 14?? and what happens after the catch will be important. The Ravens will keep Brady on the bench as much as possible with Rice running and short dumps by Flacco thus eating the clock. Flacco will have 1 job to do in this game---don`t lose it yourself !!
The Niners couldn`t stop Brees...but they could stop the hottest team in the league in the Saints...and the turnovers did it...did the Saints give the game to the Niners via the turnover?? NO...the Niners took the game via the turnover..therein lies the difference. The Niners won`t have to overload the defensive line to stop the run like the Packers did---the Pack in doing so left all those 10-12 yd dumps wide open for Manning all day and he killed them with it leaving Rogers on the bench--perfect if you`re a Giants fan. The Niners don`t have to overload anything for success meaning the short dumps are gone, and Eli Manning and his receivers are in for a long day in a losing cause.
It`ll be the 49ers and the Ravens in the Super Bowl and ....

Key injuries aside...Frisco takes it in a walk 27-10.

As much as I still hate the Pats {After they beat the Rams in SB...lol) I must say they will take it all.......For all the reasons stated above.......

I'm a Giants fan so if Eli can keep his game together 2 more times... I like the idea of a repeat..... Giants over Pats

Hottest team in the NFL right now is the Giants, if they stay healthy then NY Giants all the way.

I’m going to listen to my son and not go against my childhood home town team. NYG will take it to the Pat’s. But then again you all know how my picks turn out. LOL

If the Ravens bring their "A" game to New England, Ravens can & will beat them.Problem is arriving with their A game.New England from the afc.
San Fran will handle the Giants handily,Manning or no Manning.
Looks like 49'ers and Pats superbowl. My money on San Fran.
P.S...what a difference a coach makes!

very good, I'll have to go with Brady here, mans on a mission now, and the 9ers are on a roll with the offense and their defense is just awesome, But...I'll take Brady when it's all said and done. now back to regular programming

Seems to be a lot of Pats fans here and elsewhere doing some pretty hefty yapping about all the passing records etc of Brady this year. Brady is a great QB without a doubt, no one can deny that....now the buts. But Brady isn`t the New England Pats...nor can he make up for a very weak defense against good teams. Not trying to diminish Brady in any way BUT.. Brady and his passing #s were a donation re a very weak schedule by the Pats.
Before any of you plock down your hard earned cash on the Pats this weekend..just consider this little fact first...The Patriots beat up on lesser teams this season making that 13-3 record quite deceiving ---the fact is that the Pats LOST EVERY GAME they played vs any team with a .500 or better record... all of them. The Ravens have a much better than .500 record. My money says that Brady is in for a real long day in Foxboro in the cold.
Now watch the Pats come out and win 34-20 LMAO............but don`t bet on it. It`ll be 27-17 Ravens.
