I read bigpineguy’s post a few down and it started me thinking.
I have met a few well know and interesting people throughout my life, I’m sure I’m not alone.
It would be interesting to find out those who other members met.
I can only imagine members who live in California, New York, or DC meet many, up here in WI celebrities are few and far between.
If anyone is interested in sharing please post.

After I graduated from High School I wanted to see the world, so I headed out to California in 1977.
Met up with a very nice, and well-to-do collage girl. While her parents were in Europe I stayed at her home in Anaheim Hills, this was an area of “very” nice homes.
Lee Majors and Farrah Fawcett lived two homes down, I met and talked to them a few times, both very nice people.
A few months latter I headed farther north, ended up at Santa Barbra. I picked up a part time job at the Community College, and met another nice girl.
While at an outside concert we got an invite to a party a few miles north in Goleta Beach.
This was another area of very nice beach homes, when we got there I couldn’t believe they just let us in. The only person I recognized there other than my girl friend was Michael Douglas, all though I’m sure there were others I should have.
This was the 70's, and everyone was indulging.
I will never forget that year I spent in California, all though I don’t speak much about it with my wife.
During my years of Government service in the 80's I have met some pretty “interesting” people that some might know.
Can’t go into detail other than a few names and titles.
VP H.W. Bush
Col. Oliver North
More than a few Senators & Generals.

Once upon a time in my younger days, I used to be a teenager...lol...No, Really...lol...
Anyways, I used to travel the country selling magazines door,to door...sounds silly now, but what great times we had back then... I remember knocking on a door and Whitney Houston answered....I almost sh*t myself...
In 1991 I was at a hotel in East Rutherford NJ ( just down the road from the Giants Stadium ) at a Days Inn, Sitting in the lobby watching tv and shooting the breeze with some other buddies, and Reba McEntire came up and asked what we were watching....I swear~ I didn't really listen to Country music back then, but knew who she was cuz my Mom liked it, I got her to sign and autogragh and gave it to my Mom , and she still has it too this day...
