Intelsat 25- 31.5W

I'd like to thank Hockeynut for pointing me in the right direction. Newest sat on my c band arc is Intelsat 25 at 31.5w. 2 open channels scan in however getting very strong signal on 4 other s2 tp but just won't scan in on either my openbox or azbox:
