It seems like all the info that nagr str is letting out is a bunch of bull.. Even this one has defendants that are "john does". They have been suing "fake people" for a while now.. I don't think 9 out of 10 people they list as defendants are real people. Just like me when i order p$ subs, i don't use my real name or address. I doubt the ones that sales these boxes are real people either.. Well the names anyway.

Actually from what I was told they are out there but most have pulled them to avoid any heat at the moment.

I recall the PCB is a generic product made by Wiznet and commonly used in numerous products and brands, the KHUB is the same, why they would be picking on this company is puzzling as it is those that flash the firmware that make it work and that is released by the KKS Team the Super KKS Team the SV Lan Team, what ever team they wish to call themselves.

No, that is incorrect. They have not even acknowleged the summons. The injunctions against the sale (mfg, promoting bla bla) are from the Sonicview and Whitcomb cases.

it seems people always like to comment on things they have no clue about. The reason dish uses the john doe way is because thats called a rolling lawsuit. If I sue you mr smith and mrs smith and later find out that son smith and daughter smith and uncle dick was involved it's very hard to add people to it. If I use the rolling lawsuit with john does that means I can add anyone at anytime as at the time I did not know the names of the involved. The rolling lawsuit is a smart way to do these types of cases, because dish doesn't know everyone involved at the time of the suit being filed. This is common to big lawsuits that involve many different people. Satellite cases are like a pyramid , the lower guys are on record in different places and the higer guys are not. So dish brings a rolling lawsuit against the lower guys and then in the evidence and such they get the other higher guys and because they used a rolling lawsuit they just add the names and take away the john does.
