What type of dish with 4 LNB's?
You would need a dish with 40 degrees of receive beamwidth.
The degree spread from 82 to 119 is 37 degrees, you take 1/2 of that (18.5) off your direction for 119 at your location.
Example:
The AZ for 119W at your location is 140 degrees true, you deduct 18.5 degrees from that, for a true heading of 121.5, this is where the center of the dish will be pointing. (Example only)
This gives the best focal area for all 4 satellites.
You can also go to dishpointer.com, enter your location, and look in the "Multi" LNB section, select the 82, 91, 110, 119 option, then it will give you a line for help in correctly pointing your dish
