The LNBs I am using are close to 10 years old and only getting 70-80 percent signal and quality on most TPs. I want to replace 119,91 and 129 Satellite LNBs. I was looking for one that only had 0.2 signal to noise level but I think that is only for 118/119 sats which I am not interested in. By the way I think a DTV LNB would give me the best level of signal and quality. Could someone please tell me what name brand or kind of LNB that would give me at the most 0.3 db noise level. Thanks in advance.

At 70 to 80 % "S"&"Q" you would not notice the difference.

A bigger dish would help better then .1 or .2 dB lower in the noise floor, with a 3 inch over all increase of the dish size you could gain about 2 to 3 dB, the bigger the dish the better the signal to the LNB.

Another improvment would be better quality coax, RG-6 quad with a pure copper center conductor rated to 3 GHz, will out perform the cheap stuff by 3 to 5 dB.

Remember 3 dB is 1/2 the RF voltage level.

If you have to get the LNB try the Eagle Aspen DTV 32+ Circular.
