Found these two programs which could be useful overcoming the 32GB FAT32 limit.

One can also try to format drives to ext2 and add a driver to windows to access formatted drives.

Thanks Pollypurabred!! i just bought a 2T WD my book essentials, had a hard time to format it to fat32. My windows 7 would not do it, spent a lot of time researching and trying to figure it out... found your post here, down loaded your zip.. had it formatted in less than a minute! Plugged it into my SV8000 and it detected and I started recording, working great! Tried it back on the computer and worked there to. Fat32 limit is 2T, this 2T drive maxes it out.. 2T drive a SV8000 :yeaah:
