The WWE has already made a number of major changes to its 2012 pay-per-view schedule, and—surprise, surprise—it’s made yet another one.
From WrestleZone.com:
WWE sent an updated list of future pay-per-views to their media affiliates. The Money In The Bank event on July 15th, 2012 has been moved to the US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona. It’s original location was Las Vegas.
You’re probably thinking that this isn’t that big of a deal because “it only affects people in Phoenix and Las Vegas.” But that’s where your wrong, my friends.
There seems to be a never-ending debate about whether or not the popular Money in the Bank match will happen at WrestleMania 28 or on its own exclusive pay-per-view, and news that the PPV was moved (and not scrapped) could indicate that we won’t see the bout at Mania.
However, it’s worth noting that there is still some uncertainty over whether or not the bout will be held at this year’s spectacle in Miami.

It's been reported before that WWE officials, Vince McMahon in particular, have been changing their minds time and time again regarding the 2012 Money In The Bank. They can't decide if they want to keep on having its own PPV or just to have a MITB Ladder Match at WrestleMania 28.
As mentioned before, I think the fact that WWE officials have moved the MITB pay-per-view to a different location means that they are leaning toward keeping the match on its own pay-per-view.
I’m a fan of the Money in the Bank show, but I’d personally love to see the show-stealing match added back to WrestleMania.
The bout is generally one of the best on the card, it gives deserving mid-carders a chance to appear at Mania, and having only one MITB briefcase makes it that much more special to hold.
WrestleMania is the Money in the Bank’s home, and that’s where it should be. Judging by the looks of things, however, that won’t be happening in 2012.
