A cute word and fun to say :tehe: you could have a little fun with this one too but the Wiki definition says it "is a rhetorical device wherein the speaker or writer invokes a subject by denying that it should be invoked." The device is typically used to distance the speaker from unfair claims, while still bringing them up! Very clever.....

For example a politician might say "I don't even want to talk about the allegations that my apponent is a drunk!" :yes:
