1000.4 western arc lnb and 1000.2 lnb interchangeable?

I want to know if I can use a 1000.2 lnb on a 1000.4 western arc dish?
I think I read somewhere were you had to mod it to fit?

The 1000.4 western dish has the exact same triple head lnb as the 1000.2.

Ok I know this is old but I have a bad 1000.2 LNB and it seems I can get a 1000.4 from WWide.

Now my question is can this 1000.4 fit and work on the 1000.2 dish without doing any mods.

I understand the dishes are different size and arc.

The "W" yoke that holds the LNB's are the same footprint at the front, all you need to do is swap the LNB's out, but not the mounting yoke.

That's what I wanted to hear bro thks. That will still give me four receivers connected as I have now.
