Sidney Crosby's comeback from concussion-like symptoms remains on hold.
The Pittsburgh Penguins star said Saturday he's still not quite ready to return to the ice after missing more than three months when the symptoms resurfaced in early December. The 24-year-old former MVP was cleared for contact earlier in the week and hinted he could play as early as Sunday against the Boston Bruins.
Instead he'll wait until he gets a couple of more practices in before entering the lineup. The Penguins are off Monday and will practice on Tuesday and Wednesday before a pivotal three-game road trip through New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia.
Crosby had 12 points in eight games after making his season debut against the New York Islanders on Nov. 21. He went back on the injured reserve when the symptoms returned following a loss to the Bruins on Dec. 5.

You know I hope he comes back and all is well with him..........but I still think he`s one hit away from retirement.
