sts channel on hispasat1e @30w

hi there, does anybody confirm the russian STS channel is up on hispasat 1e @ 30w tp 12052h?

I see it listed on Lyngsat but I have my 8' solid at 30w at the moment and there is no STS up at the moment. There is the potential for that channel to be up at certain times of the day as there are 4 or 5 colour bar feeds on that tp.
