place it on your desktop.
double click it to extract.. it will be extracted to a folder on your desktop with the same name
open the folder and click exe file.
connect your ipad and the jailbreak button will be clickable..

it may take a couple minutes, let it do it's thing.

when done, cydia will be installed and you can source it to hackulos or bitemyapple and then you get installous4
