Go to channel 200 or 239. Then go into the EPG and using the red button make sure you are in normal view, not list view... Then hit the yellow button which is dish epg, and do not change the channel for about 10 minutes or so. You can stay in the EPG menu or exit, seems to make no difference.. You should then have a 4 to 9 day EPG...

For Bev sit on 1050 and then hit blue button in epg
