A long time ago I came to a forum
Foreign to me and I didn't have a clue
Funny sounding names like slammer and pugsycan led the way
I hijacked threads and eventually found my way
Stumbled into chat where Chooch and sms kept me safe
This is a pretty cool place
And so I stayed and I loved the fun and the ecm's lol
I somehow got a little knowledge and in turn helped members find their way
It was my fta family and we cared about each other
And when I had one of those days
When I needed to talk to a friend
A friend that just seemed to know the words to say
To chase the blues away
A friend that was always there for me
To share with each other little slivers of our lives
The laughter and fun made the day worthwhile and special
The days and nights we have spent together chatting
We have touched each others lives in a very special way
Sharing so much with open hearts and open minds
Some may not understand the bond we share
Even though we have never met
Through time and space we connect each day
Greeting each other as we start the day
I am proud to call my online friends my second family
I will carry a part of you with me
You will be a part of me forever....
