self-clean lock problem

i have a frigidaire self clean stove and my wife went to clean the oven and went and checked to make sure the door was locked and it opened as the door locked. so now the hook is flipped up and the door won't close. i took off the back cover and manually clicked the 2 micro switches thinking it would flip it back unlocked but did not. so for a quick fix i took the motor off and turned the hook so we can use the oven. i will test the motor tomorrow hooking it up direct unless you have any ideas. the model # is cfef372as4

fixed problem by taking motor off and turning the lock by hand then closed door and locked by hand and re installed motor and ran a clean cycle and when it finished it unlocked itself
